These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the joy9 app platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document.
Terms at a Glance
The following cards summarise the most important provisions. They are provided for convenience only. The full legal text in each section below takes precedence.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use joy9 app. Underage accounts will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with our responsible gaming policy.
Each player may hold exactly one account on joy9 app. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts without the return of deposited funds.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. Requirements, qualifying games, and time limits are specified at the point of each bonus offer.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. joy9 app will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account details.
All deposits and withdrawals on joy9 app are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via supported methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and designated Bangladeshi bank accounts.
joy9 app reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance.

Definitions
The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions wherever they appear in capitalised form.
- "Platform" Refers to the joy9 app website accessible at joy9-app.net, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.
- "joy9 app" Refers to the operator of the Platform and the entity with which the Player enters into this agreement by registering an account.
- "Player" / "You" Any natural person aged 18 or above who has registered a valid account on the Platform and is using or accessing its services.
- "Account" The individual player account created upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses the Platform, manages their BDT wallet, and participates in games or betting markets.
- "Balance" The total Bangladeshi Taka amount held in a Player's account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credit (where applicable), and settled winnings, less any withdrawals and wagers placed.
- "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by joy9 app to a Player, subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer.
- "Wagering Requirement" The total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before a Player becomes eligible to withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. The multiplier and qualifying games are specified per promotion.
- "BDT" Bangladeshi Taka — the sole currency in which all transactions on joy9 app are conducted. The symbol ৳ is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.
- "Prohibited Conduct" Any action or behaviour by a Player that violates these Terms, including but not limited to collusion, fraud, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting tools, and multi-accounting.
- "Services" All products, games, betting markets, promotions, customer support facilities, and ancillary features made available to Players through the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the joy9 app Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance forms a binding contractual agreement between you and joy9 app.
Acceptance is also deemed to have occurred in each of the following circumstances, regardless of whether you have explicitly ticked an acceptance checkbox during registration:
- Accessing any page of the Platform after the date these Terms were published or last updated;
- Depositing funds into your Account via any supported payment method;
- Placing a bet, wager, or game stake on the Platform;
- Claiming any bonus, promotion, or incentive offered by joy9 app;
- Contacting the customer support team to receive assistance with your Account.
If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. To close your Account, contact the support team at [email protected].
These Terms supersede all prior versions and informal communications relating to the use of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of that promotion only.
Amendments to These Terms
joy9 app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights, obligations, or financial terms — joy9 app will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
For minor clarifications, formatting corrections, or changes required by applicable law, joy9 app may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services provided by joy9 app. This requirement is absolute and applies to all Players without exception, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you confirm by using the Platform that:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf;
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of joy9 app or any of its game providers;
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other legal restriction that prevents you from gambling;
- You are registering and using the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
Age Verification
joy9 app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All Players may be required to submit valid identity documentation to verify their age and identity before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension.
Where joy9 app has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold any Balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

Account Registration & Security
To access the Services, you must register a personal Account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
Single Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on joy9 app at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. joy9 app employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multi-accounting:
- All associated accounts will be immediately suspended;
- All Balances across all accounts will be forfeited;
- Any pending withdrawals will be cancelled;
- The Player will be permanently banned from the Platform.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your registered mobile device is lost or stolen, you must notify joy9 app immediately at [email protected] so that your Account can be temporarily locked while the matter is investigated. joy9 app will not be held liable for financial losses arising from your failure to promptly report unauthorised access.
Accurate Information
All information submitted during registration and subsequently provided during KYC verification must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including falsifying your age, identity, or payment method ownership — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of Balance. joy9 app reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time during the life of your Account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on joy9 app are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside of the Platform are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Supported Deposit Methods
joy9 app currently supports the following deposit methods for Players based in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where issued by a Bangladeshi bank)
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction. joy9 app does not charge internal fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Your Account must have passed all required KYC verification steps before any withdrawal is processed;
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied);
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are shown in the cashier;
- joy9 app targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider;
- joy9 app reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any such delays.
Deposits Belonging to the Player
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you personally and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. Deposits made from payment accounts registered in a name other than your own may be refused and returned, subject to verification.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
joy9 app offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, which must be read in conjunction with this clause.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are offered to eligible Players at joy9 app's sole discretion. Not all Players will qualify for every promotion;
- Each Player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless expressly stated otherwise;
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement;
- joy9 app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, technical error, or fraudulent activity;
- Bonuses will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Balance without compensation;
- Where both a real-money Balance and a bonus Balance are held simultaneously, real-money funds are wagered first by default, unless the cashier settings are adjusted by the Player.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for each bonus is the total value of bets the Player must place before the bonus-derived Balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal is permitted from the resulting balance.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward meeting the requirement. Placing bets on excluded games while an active bonus is held may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Abuse
joy9 app actively monitors betting patterns and account activity for evidence of bonus abuse. Patterns that may be deemed abusive include — but are not limited to — low-margin betting strategies designed primarily to clear wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and the use of automated software to place bets. joy9 app reserves the right to void bonus winnings and suspend accounts where abuse is identified.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your continued use of the Platform, you agree to use joy9 app solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, age, identity documents, or payment information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
- Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or under a different identity;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform;
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games on your behalf;
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in betting markets. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. joy9 app cooperates fully with relevant authorities and reports suspicious transactions;
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider for a deposit made to joy9 app without first raising the matter with the support team. Accounts with active chargebacks will be immediately suspended;
- Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward joy9 app staff or other Players via any communication channel.
joy9 app's determination of whether Prohibited Conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms. Players found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct forfeit all rights to any Balance held at the time of suspension.
Account Suspension & Closure
joy9 app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct;
- Court order or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
- The Player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before the Account is closed, joy9 app will process any outstanding withdrawal of real-money Balance to the Player's verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed prior to the final withdrawal.
Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all access to the Platform will be revoked. Historical transaction records are retained by joy9 app for a minimum period in accordance with applicable data retention obligations. Reinstatement
Players whose Accounts have been closed due to voluntary self-exclusion must observe the full exclusion period before requesting reinstatement. Players whose Accounts were closed due to Prohibited Conduct are not eligible for reinstatement. All reinstatement requests are reviewed individually and joy9 app's decision is final.
